Welcome. I’m so pleased you’re here. Coming to counselling takes a great deal of energy and bravery. It can feel scary and unknown. I hope to help make the process that little bit easier.

I have several years of experience supporting young people and adults in schools, colleges and private practice. I work in a predominately person-centred way, putting your agenda at the forefront of our work together to achieve your desired goals.

My aim would be that as we work together, you are able to flourish and thrive-growing in trust of yourself and deepening relationships with others. I will support you as you process your past, expand and embody your present and look forward to a future strengthened by boundaries, self-trust and resilience.

I am a practising Christian and am willing and able to support you with issues surrounding your faith or incorporate elements of faith into our sessions together.

I am able to support you with: Low mood and depression, grief and bereavement, anxiety, overwhelm, unpacking abuse, exploring faith-related issues, work or school-based issues, friendships and other relationships, exploring identity/understanding self and unhelpful or unhealthy behaviours.
